After making the reservation, the customer is asked to let the property know the boarding time from Porto Santo Stefano to Giglio Porto in order to organize the transfer time from the port to the lighthouse in advance and avoid unexpected waiting.
We inform you that the telephone lines do not always receive the signal in the structure and often also the Wifi, but for any urgency it is possible to use our landline phone.

BOAT EXCURSIONS:
In the afternoon, the hotel is available to organize a tour of the island with its own dinghy (for a fee).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :
The lighthouse is located in the extreme northern tip of the Giglio Island and can only be reached by the property’s jeep. The kilometer and a half to go is uneven and difficult to travel, the panoramic dirt road cuts through the Mediterranean scrub on the east side of the island, still giving charm to the exclusivity and privacy of the place. At the end of the jeep route the last 100 meters are to be covered on foot with comfortable shoes via a dirt path.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation
- The customer can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays 70% of the total cost if he cancels within 7 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount
- Cards accepted: visa, mastercard, maestro and bancomat. We do not accept checks and American Express cards
